Long service life guaranteed
When our gear heads leave the factory they are ready for installation. That means they are already filled with lubricant. Gears produced before 2008 contain Molywhite Grease RE00. Gears produced since 2008 are filled with the new Vigogrease RE0. Both lubricating greases guarantee high performance and a long service life for our gears. However, Vigogrease is better suited to meet the increased demands on environmental compatibility and health protection.
Vigogrease RE 0
Vigogrease RE0 is the further development of our lubricant Molywhite RE00. The new mixture ratio of additive takes into account the elevated requirements on environmental compatibility and health protection. Vigogrease has a higher viscosity based on the new mixture. As a result, the shear stability of the lubricant and the temperature behaviour of the gear were improved. Despite the higher viscosity, the startup efficiency of Vigogrease was also improved by 5 per cent in comparison to Molywhite.
Molywhite Grease RE 00
The Nabtesco lubricant Molywhite RE 00 is an EP lithium soap grease with excellent wear resistance. The lubricant is based on a combination of synthetic and mineral oils with an organic molybdenum compound. It is distinguished by its very good pressure profile. Thanks to its low viscosity, the lubricant easily flows into every angle of the complex lubrication system of the RV gear. In the process, it effectively assures the performance of the gear and increases its efficiency and service life.
Since the end of 2007 we have only been filling our gears with the Molywhite successor, Vigogrease RE0. However, we still make Molywhite available. It is even possible to mix used Molywhited with Vigogrease. Contact us! Our experts would be happy to advise you.
