Kununu is considered one of the most important platforms for employer evaluations. The Internet portal makes it possible for employees to evaluate their employers anonymously and to share information about the corporate culture, work environment, work-life balance, salary and benefits. Companies with the best evaluations are distinguished once per year as a “kununu Top Company”. According to kununu, only about five percent of all employer profiles qualify for this seal. This year, the cycloidal gear specialist Nabtesco was among the companies that fulfilled the criteria to be distinguished as a “kununu Top Company 2023”.
