The European headquarters of Nabtesco Precision Europe GmbH is located in Düsseldorf (Germany). The group of companies has a total of four production sites in three countries. Our high production capacity, economies of scale in manufacturing and the series production-compatible design of our products ensure worldwide availability with fast delivery times and optimum cost efficiency.

High degree of automation in production

We have more than 35 years of experience in high-volume production and can produce large quantities in the shortest possible time. If required, we can convert any of our large series into individual, small or medium series production and thus offer you the best possible drive strategy for your application. Mass customization (customer-specific mass production) is of course possible. The production process is highly automated and geared towards maximum efficiency and consistently high quality. A 100% inspection takes place before delivery: Every single gearbox is put through its paces.

Automotive-compliant production of strain wave gears

Strain wave gears are manufactured at the Ovalo GmbH Limburg (Lahn) site in accordance with the automotive standard (IATF 16949) and guarantee you the highest quality, large volumes, short development cycles, 100% traceability and a high degree of cost-effectiveness.
