The servo gearboxes in the Neco® series offer high power density, extremely effective corrosion protection and maximum flexibility in motor connection - all in an elegant design and compact construction. In addition, we have developed a modular system that allows customers to quickly and easily configure the gearbox of their choice. For large masses and forces, Nabtesco has expanded the Neco® series to include sizes for heavy-duty applications (high-torque gearboxes).
Innovative gearbox concept
With the Neco® series, we have created a modern and economical gearbox solution that meets the highest demands in terms of performance and user-friendliness. The modular design and all-round corrosion-protected construction with a low-inertia clamping ring ensure enormous performance benefits and a wide range of applications. The installation effort for the motor is also reduced many times over, as there is no need to align the drive pinion. The Neco® gearboxes can be adapted with all standard servo motors, and installation and assembly are completed in no time at all. Intuitively finding the right gearbox: With Neco®, we are also launching a newly developed gearbox concept that makes searching, configuration, installation and use as straightforward as possible. Ordering and handling our gearboxes has never been so easy!

The high-torque gearboxes are characterized by extreme precision, maximum robustness and a compact design and can easily cope with the largest heavyweights. A high degree of modularity and standardization enables economical series production and guarantees high availability. This is unique in the field of large precision gearboxes.
