Innovative plug-and-play solution for intelligent automation

The digital gearbox integrates smart sensor technology with the same dimensions as a standard gearbox with comparable performance data and therefore offers a space-neutral solution for intelligent automation. Sensors determine torque, temperature and vibration. Combined with our practical experience, reliable conclusions can be drawn about the condition of the gearbox.

Continuous condition monitoring makes it possible to calculate the actual service life of the gearbox, determine the gearbox fault, detect overloads, unsuitable operating points and cases of misuse and creates the conditions for sustainable optimization strategies and predictive maintenance concepts.
